Self elevate is recommended to the one who is in need of motivation and another push to accept and face your challenges and to conquer them one moment at a time and never losing faith. Self elevate is about life’s transparencies and moving from victim to victor. This book inspired me to drop my excuses and to begin to execute plan to fully enjoy life. Watching and hearing about Karolyn’s journey was great, but to now see the way she is using her own experiences and giving back to others is a testament of her character and the authenticity of her work.

Karolyn has a gift, a light, inside of her. Her life story, while complicated and challenging, is a testament to the fruits you reap when you place your energy into your Faith and passion.
This book is thoughtful and well-written. Karolyn takes us through her history and not for reasons to draw attention to herself but to help others turn their attention where it’s needed most. Inward. Her message is thought-provoking and you can feel her warmth through the pages. Absolutely a must-read for anyone unsure of who they are or who they should be.

I have known Karolyn for almost four decades. Her growth and development have been an inspiration. I wish I could have read this book a long time ago. My life would have changed in one read.
